Safety protection mechanisms of SSP9492 include peak current limiting per cycle, soft-start, over-voltage protection, temperature protection and short circuit protection, etc. It is very suitable for wide voltage input buck use. The unique soft-switching ZVS technology combined with the super junction medium-voltage MOSFET enables efficiency up to 93%. It supports typical circuit applications such as input 48V output 12V/2.5A, input 19V output 5V/4A, input 85V output 12V/2A, input 12V output 5V/3A.

It offers a very compact solution to provide a 3A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.
