SSP9302

The SSP9302 is a compact 5V Buck Converter which can deliver 1A output current.

SSP9302 employs a proprietary control loop to achieve a fast transient load response. It keeps high converting efficiency in both light load and heavy load. SSP9302 is equipped with all kinds of protection, such as input over voltage protection, output short circuit protection, over current protection and over temperature protection.

SSP9302 is consists  of internal  power  tree generator, bandgap voltage  reference module,  under-Voltagelockout (UVLO) module, error amplifier, protection circuitry, driver block, current sensing block and two power MOSFETs.

SSP9302 is housed in a SOT23-5 package.

SSP9301

SSP9458

The SSP9458 is a monolithic, step-down, switch mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. Capable of delivering up to 600mA of output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. The minimum input voltage may be as low as 4.5V and the maximum up to 60V, with even higher transient voltages. Fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown.

The SSP9458 requires a minimal number of readily-available external components. The SSP9458 is available in a SOT23-6 package.

SSP9810

The SSP9810 is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 1.2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.The SSP9810 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-6 package.

H9108

H9008

The H9008 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture. The device is available in an adjustable version. Supply current with no load is 40uA and drops to <1uA in shutdown. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the H9008 ideally suited for single Li-Ion battery powered applications. 100% duty cycle provides low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable systems. PWM/PFM mode operation provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications.Switching frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. Low output voltages are easily supported with the 0.6V feedback reference voltage. The H9008 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-5 package.
