PM004MNIB

PM004 is a 4M Bit/512K Byte capacity SPI (Serial Single-Wire) interface STT-MRAM (Spin-Transfer Torque Magnetic Random Access Memory) chip. Its data is non-volatile with a retention time exceeding 10 years. The chip supports independent 1-bit SI (Serial Input) and SO (Serial Output) interfaces, allows continuous writing or reading of data bytes at its maximum clock frequency, and features zero write latency.

PM256KNIA

PM256K is a 256K Bit/32K Byte SPI interface non-volatile memory. The chip adopts advanced  PMTJ STT-MRAM technology, supports single-line SI and SO independent interfaces, achieves  up to 20MHz read and write transmission, and has no delay in writing. It has excellent  reliability and more than 20 years of data retention time. PM256K is an ideal solution for MCU to expand external memory. At the same time, due to the characteristics of fast throughput, few pins and small size, it has gradually become the choice of  applications such as embedded, network switches, automobiles and the Internet of Things.

SSP1880

The SSP1880 is a highly accurate three-phase power measurement integrated circuit with technical specifications that meet the accuracy requirements specified in IEC62053.

The SSP1880 uses analogue circuitry only for the ADC and reference source, and digital circuitry for all other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering), which allows the SSP1880 to maintain extremely high accuracy and long-term stability under harsh environmental conditions.

The SSP1880 pins F1 and F2 output the average value of active power at a lower frequency and can be used to directly drive electromechanical meters or to interface with microcontrollers (MCUs). Pin CF outputs an instantaneous value of active power at a higher frequency for calibration or interfacing with an MCU.

The SSP1880 contains an internal monitoring circuit for the VDD power supply pin. The SSP1880 remains in reset until VDD rises to 4V. When VDD falls below 4V, the SSP1880 is also reset, at which point there are no outputs from F1, F2, or CF.

Internal phase matching circuitry enables the voltage and current channels to always be phase-matched, and internal no-load threshold characteristics ensure that the SSP1880 has no latency at no-load.

The SSP1880 is available in a 16-pin SOP package.

SSP1837

SSP1837 is a wide range of single-phase multi-function energy meter IC for single-phase socket, single-phase strip, Smart Appliance, with a low cost and high accuracy.

SSP1837 integrates two high-accuracy Sigma-Delta ADC, voltage reference, power management and other analog circuit modules, and digital signal processing circuit to calculate active power, IRMS, VRMS etc. High frequency CF1 is provided for indicating IRMS/VRMS and high frequency CF for energy metering.

SSP1837 can measure the single-phase active energy, active power, current and voltage RMS and other parameters to fully meet the needs of the socket, power strip, smart appliances and others.
