H72XX-1

The H72XX-1 series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved  through CMOS and laser trimming technologies.

The H72XX-1 consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT89-3,SOT23-3 and SOT23-5 packages are available.

SSP1880

The SSP1880 is a highly accurate three-phase power measurement integrated circuit with technical specifications that meet the accuracy requirements specified in IEC62053.

The SSP1880 uses analogue circuitry only for the ADC and reference source, and digital circuitry for all other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering), which allows the SSP1880 to maintain extremely high accuracy and long-term stability under harsh environmental conditions.

The SSP1880 pins F1 and F2 output the average value of active power at a lower frequency and can be used to directly drive electromechanical meters or to interface with microcontrollers (MCUs). Pin CF outputs an instantaneous value of active power at a higher frequency for calibration or interfacing with an MCU.

The SSP1880 contains an internal monitoring circuit for the VDD power supply pin. The SSP1880 remains in reset until VDD rises to 4V. When VDD falls below 4V, the SSP1880 is also reset, at which point there are no outputs from F1, F2, or CF.

Internal phase matching circuitry enables the voltage and current channels to always be phase-matched, and internal no-load threshold characteristics ensure that the SSP1880 has no latency at no-load.

The SSP1880 is available in a 16-pin SOP package.

SSP54123A

The SSP54123A is a CMOS high-performance leakage protection integrated circuit. It encompasses a voltage regulator, an amplifier circuit, a comparison circuit, a delay circuit, a self-recovery control circuit, a latch controller, and an SCR drive circuit. This configuration allows it to effectively detect both AC leakage and DC pulsating leakage. It is primarily utilized in Type A leakage protectors.

SSP9467

The SSP9467 is a high frequency step-down switching regulator with integrated internal high-side, high voltage power MOSFET. It provides 3.0A output with current mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation.

The wide 6V to 40V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, including those in automotive systems. A 110μA operational quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications.

High power conversion efficiency over a wide load range is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency at light load condition to reduce the switching and gate driving losses.

The frequency foldback prevents inductor current runaway during startup and thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.

The SSP9467  is available  in thermally enhanced ESOIC8 package.

SSP1855

The SSP1855 is a high accuracy electrical energy measurement integrated circuit with technical specifications that meet the accuracy requirements specified in IEC1036. The SSP1855 uses analogue circuitry only for the ADC and reference source, and digital circuitry for all other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering), which allows the SSP1855 to maintain extremely high accuracy and long-term stability in harsh environmental conditions. The SSP1855 pins F1 and F2 output the average value of active power at a lower frequency and can be used to directly drive electromechanical meters or to interface with microcontrollers (MCUs). Pin CF outputs an instantaneous value of active power at a higher frequency for calibration or interfacing with an MCU.The SSP1855 contains an internal monitoring circuit for the VDD power supply pin. The SSP1855 remains in reset until VDD rises to 4V. When VDD falls below 4V, the SSP1855 is also reset, at which point there are no outputs from F1, F2, or CF.Internal phase matching circuitry allows the voltage and current channels to always be phase matched, regardless of whether the high pass filter (HPF) within channel 1 is on or off. An internal no-load threshold feature ensures that the SSP1855 has no latency at no load. The SSP1855 is available in a 24-pin SSOP package.

SSP9452

The SSP9452  is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with a built-in power MOSFET. It achieves a 1.0A peak-output current over a wide input supply range.Current-mode operation provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization.

The wide input range (5V to 40V) provides high efficiency output of 1.0A current. Low shutdown mode quiescent current of 2μA(or less) is suitable for battery-powered applications.

High efficiency at light load condition is achieved by scaling down the switching frequency to reduce the switching and gate driving losses. The frequency folding technique helps prevent the inductance current from running out of control at startup. Hot shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation.

PM002MNI

A novel non-volatile magnetic memory MRAM is an ideal device for non-volatile cache and main memory. The application prospect is not limited to the traditional computer storage system, but also can be extended to many other fields, and is even expected to become a general memory.

MRAM ensures that data will not be lost in the case of power failure and can prevent data damage caused by rays. In emerging applications such as the Internet of Things and big data, ubiquitous sensor terminals need to collect massive data. In order to save storage power, MRAM has become a popular candidate for its relatively good performance.

SSP8810

SSP8810 is a low voltage DC motor driver chip specially designed for low voltage operating systems. 4 low resistance MOS and forward, reverse, brake and stop functions are integrated.SSP8810 built-in temperature protection function, when the output short circuit occurs, the output current instantly increases, the circuit power consumption rises sharply, the chip temperature rises sharply, when the chip temperature exceeds the maximum temperature point set by the internal temperature protection circuit, the internal circuit turns off the built-in power switch tube, cut off the load current.

SSP8613

The SSP8613 is the industry’s first 5-lead SOT-23 current mode DC/DC converter. Intended for small, low power applications, it operates from an input voltage as lowas 1.2V and switches at 2.0MHz, allowing the use oftiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height. Its small size and high switching frequency enables the complete DC/DC converter function to take up less than 0.2 square inches of PC board area. Multiple output power supplies can now use a separate regulator for each output voltage, replacing cumbersome quasi-regulated ap-proaches using a single regulator and a custom trans-former.A constant frequency, internally compensated current mode PWM architecture results in low, predictable output noise that is easy to filter. The high voltage switch on the SSP8613 is rated at 36V, making the device ideal for boost converters up to 34V as well as for Single-Ended Primary Inductance Converter (SEPIC) and flyback designs. The device can generate 5V at up to 200mA from a 3.3V supply or 5V at 175mA from four alkaline cells in a SEPIC design.

The SSP8613 is available in the 5-leadSOT-23 package.

SSP78MXX

SSP78MXX is three-terminal positive regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 500mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal  shutdown features of the regulator make them essentially immune to overload. When used as a replacement for a zener diode-resist or Combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.
